Crowns
Dental crowns are tooth-shaped porcelain “caps” that are placed over the teeth to cover them, restoring their initial shape and size and improving aesthetical appearance. Crowns are permanently cemented into place and can hardly be distinguished from natural teeth.
Inlays
Dental inlays are solid porcelain structures fitted and cemented into a cavity of a tooth replacing missing tooth structure, leading to natural functionality and aesthetics.
Bridges
Dental bridges are tooth-coloured dental prosthesis that replaces missing teeth. Bridges can hardly be distinguished from natural healthy teeth and function in the same way. Bridges are cemented into place and cannot be removed by the patient. All bridges can be done on natural teeth or implants if teeth are not available. If bridge work is done on natural teeth, the teeth on which the bridge will be cemented are prepared. Impressions or 3D CAD/CAM photos are taken, and the bridge is cemented either the same day or a couple of days later.
Different bridges are available, porcelain fused to metal, porcelain without metal and Zirconia.
Veneers
Veneers are thin decorative aesthetic porcelain coverings of the front surfaces of the teeth, which is permanently cemented onto the prepared tooth surfaces. Generally none to minimal preparation of the tooth structure is required for placing highly aesthetic veneers.
